The Pullman Convention Center is at the service of all national and international organizations with its 21 meeting rooms with a modular system, the largest of which is 1,680 m² and the smallest of which is 37 m². Thanks to the separable separators, the same area can switch to a congress on one day and a fair on the next day.

The Skylight Hall foyer, with a 18-meter high glass ceiling, allows for thematic fairs and exhibition installations; this 1,100 m² area offers a wide range of uses, from stand layout to vehicle exhibitions.

A 2,000-person main hall, simultaneous translation, parallel sessions.

The main session takes place in the ballroom, while parallel sessions run simultaneously in the Ruby, Sapphire, and Turquoise rooms. Simultaneous interpretation booths, registration and accreditation area, poster exhibition, and sponsor stands are set up on the same floor.

1.100 m² Skylight Hall, 18 m glass-ceilinged foyer.

Meeting areas that connect with openable separators and a foyer with a glass ceiling at a height of 18 meters create a single space for themed exhibitions. The elevator system, capable of lifting 5 tons, and the 220 V floor sockets located every 7 meters provide the possibility of heavy installations.

For product launches and press conferences, a stage setup is prepared with a giant LED screen, DMX lighting system, and a projection setup that allows for presentations at a 45-degree angle. For vehicle launches, direct vehicle access is possible on the ground floor exhibition area.

Sound, light, image and stage — from our own infrastructure.

The ballroom is equipped with a dimmable lighting system, 16 and 24-channel mixers, an active speaker setup, and external generator infrastructure. If you have your own production team, we will transfer our infrastructure to you; otherwise we will handle the entire technical setup.

The ballroom can be divided into four independent sections; with the addition of Ruby, Sapphire, Turquoise, and Convention VIP halls, dozens of sessions can be held simultaneously. There are a total of 21 halls.

Yes. We are transferring the infrastructure to your team and planning the installation and dismantling hours. Our technical team will provide on-site support throughout the process.

Vehicle access to the ground floor exhibition area is possible; a vehicle launch and exhibition have been organized. Sharing the dimensions and weight information beforehand is sufficient.

Simultaneous interpretation booths are available in our halls. We can organize the translation team, or you can bring your own team.

Yes. With our 403 rooms and suites, we can keep the list of participants in a single hotel, and we establish a group entry-exit arrangement. We also organize airport transfers for foreign participants.

The installation period is determined according to the scale of the job and is written into the contract. For large-scale exhibitions and stage setups, we allocate one or two extra days.

We work with a corporate contract and a phased payment plan. It proceeds with advance payment, interim payment, and final settlement after the event.
